companion expected back in 0 days

so i sent some companions out as emissaries.. it's been more than 1 month in game and they're still not back. is this a bug? please help

Upload your savegame somewhere (if it's on the latest version) and I can take a look

hey thanks for the response but i already loaded my backup save and continued from there.. i'm not sure if it will happen again. will let u know if it does
