Recruiters are waiting and doing nothing?

Both my recruiters are standing next to eachother doing nothing. I'm in the desert, and ordered them to recruit Sarranids. I'm at war with the Sarranids, but I don't see why this is a problem.

talk to the recruiters, and tell them "i want to recruit different type of troops" and then reselect whichever recruits you need. Its a bug, they say "I'm recruiting 90 UNKNOWN VALUE troops, which troops do you need?" or something like that, don't remember exact words. Hope it gets fixed soon.
