How did you come across this issue? Is it a mod conflict? Could you tell me how to reproduce it?

I am currently rechecking my modlist, and found this when entering the game title screen.

As for the last one it looks like you're using the heldByFactionCategoryTags which is used for techprints. However since you have not setup the research to need a techprint its throwing an error. Either delete the tag or set the research up to use to use tech prints by filling in the needed information or having it use a parent def.
