It's cause of Fedoria and realism ragdoll actually i think its only realism ragdoll

turn on keep corpses or disable ragmod

fedhoria and realism ragdoll are meant to be used together, so there's no way for them to conflict

also i think it might be ragdeath and ragmod that causes the duplicating, but it only effects the player
