I see that it's a drop from the chaos construct, but I just don't know if it has specific conditions or just extremely rare. Since my base was located where the hallow spawned, I have had the delight of coming across maybe 50 or so chaos constructs during my whole playthrough that I've dealt with and let the spirit of fly away cause I didn't want to do the bossfight early hardmode, but in those attempts, I have not once gotten a single particle relocator from them, which is bad cause I would like to make the elemental armor set that uses it as a recipe. If someone knows please let me get my armor set done and tell me.
