Backpack shops?

Where are the backpack shops? I started a few new characters and the cities they were in I couldn't find a shop that sells backpacks, are they not in this mod?

So not sure if you've found your answer but you are looking for Travel Shops, most of the Imperial cities have them for sure

Drin also has it for sure. Might need to look around abit harder. I could also be wrong on this but i think the desert starting cities minus Drin dont have one.
