Cannot find the sith hq

I've been playing for almost 200 hours in this mod. I love it. I cannot find the don ureth merchant, I found the jedi enclave. If someone can please tell me where the sith hq is, I would be so grateful. Yes, this mod is legit.

south of spring, follow the sand and lakes and you should run across it, its like swamp buildings, its pretty south, sorry if i suck at describing it
