Can't get AT-ST
I can't seem to talk to any empire squad leaders to buy the AT-ST. Any ideas on fixes? Tried importing the game but to no avail.

If I remember right from what someone else said. You need 50+ empire relation.

also if your base is attacked by rebels they will send you reinforcements which you can buy 2 more at st from! i now have 12

Did it work for you? I have +100 relations with the empire and I can't get any AT STs I found so far...
There is no dialogue option for me with any squad leaders or commanders, so either I've done something wrong or maybe you can only get them from a specific place?
