Imperial Armor/recruitment

Can I craft / Buy stormtrooper gear. I know i can for officer / imperial army gear. Also, are stormtroopers recruitable anywhere?

U can craft Rebel/empire gear if u join them and buy "Faction armor research" in recrut center... or got that blueprint another ways, and collect enemy tokens(for empire armor - rebel tokens)
