If you are not a mage (you do not have a mage trait yet), Power Saturated will appear as a temporary character modifier. If you are already a full-fledged mage, then Power Saturation can be viewed in the description of your mage trait (as XP track).
GL&HF
1) Necromancer trait doesn't give you the ability to summon undead, at least not directly - it's a consequence of having undead troops under your command (which you probably got from some demon). Although being a Necromancer does unlock additional options when conducting magical research (decision), which can lead to unlocking a skeleton regiment... ;)
2) Secret knowledge is something you acquire very slowly. The system is designed in such a way that most mages don't complete this track (completion means becoming a legendary mage and basically immortality - of course, not every mage should be a legendary mage).
You can gain a bit more secret knowledge when conducting magical research or studying the Necronomicon, or from demons in some cases.
AI sometimes cheats a bit when getting SC ;)
Summoning demons does not always give SC. It depends on the demon and the options you choose.
Also, does Demon XP still work the same way as previously described (you gotta wait+hells scepter)?
Demons don't age - that's why children are born as ordinary humans, and in adulthood their demonicity is revealed.
The hell powers may grow over time if you have the scepter but propose a cyrograf interaction is the main way to get XP.
The True Witch trait is required to produce experimental potions (although it's a fact that perhaps this should be available to mages as well).
Yes, that's exactly the reason. Activities require T&T dlc for proper working.
