An interesting idea would be to have this knife reveal the positions of people being granted certain effects, such as players with overheal or a soldier backpack effect. Then, when stabbed, the spy can deal minicrits with his revolver/basic knife swings on those who received those effects.

60% Less health from healing sources - Once backstabbed target change targets team to yours for 5 seconds target is also marked for death until back stab effect is over. ( Target can still damage you and teammates) (back stab cannot instant kill )
