You don't have any settings, only 1 skin and I don't see panties. Besides, I need THIS panty mod, and not some other models.

Settings break the mod's code. They're not feasible as an option. You said pants, so I figured you meant like trousers / leggings.

You can very easily edit the model's sprite if you'd like. That's how I created my mod.

There may or may not be a version that has pants sittin' back here somewhere... 👀

As for the settings, they were not the reason this mod broke. A pretty important chunk of stain mapping was forgotten about when slapping on the ability to change skins mid-game, Something you wouldn't notice until the game had to call for the appropriate stain map again (specifically whenever the player entity itself was updated, ie polymorph, game restart).
