Report a translation problem
So no clue at all what mod could be possibly causing this? I'd say its a pathfinding mod but your and his mod collection share the same ones, and the issue seems to be like an import gone wrong due to some if not all NPCS and loot respawning except the big boss around.
The cannibal head mod made by Igor is something I'm very interested in using extensively as I love the north. I noticed that not all the tribes have the head. (Im assuming through the cannibal expanxed mod thats integrated into uwe) And some have the new head and the old one on them at the same time (gnawed bone tribe or painted i think?). I was wondering if this is a bug on my end due to load order, a bug from igor's mod, or it's just how the mod is for the time?
Another slight quirk I found was the heads are considered stolen so they don't stack, BUT if you put the heads onto a cannibal's body they will stack due to being considered stolen by only 1 cannibal

Well damn, I checked every other mod and so far the only differences I find is that this mod collection just adds a lot more, but nothing that from the outside seems like something that would get rid of special NPCS, any ideas? I already tried validating my files but it didn't work.
About the stolen tag, it's inevitable. Since they're playable characters, objects count as stolen. Not like animal or monsters where they don't have the stolen tag.
That stacking method you're describing is exactly what I usually do with medical items and general stacking items to save space.

There are some ideas of what may caused it
I'm not sure how to implement patchfinding for all other races and animals. Perhaps doing first individual patches for mods and the merge them all together. I still need to think more about it

One more question then I am good for the night I promise lol.
I used another uwe modpack that contained interactive world. Now that modpack was rather unstable and added some things I did not like but I love interactive world. I don't think it caused any stability issues but I was wondering if you know for sure if it might have issues with your pack?
If it does I'll be sad but survive lol. If you don't know that's fine I'll keep it in my order until it breaks.
