Suggestion: New config option to guarantee a "Florida style ocean"
Since this mod has an option to guarantee the generation of ocean caves, perhaps you can add a new config option to guarantee the generation of a "Florida style ocean"?

To quote the wiki:
The world has a 1/4 (25%) chance to generate one of the oceans as Florida style. This variant inverts the slope of the beach, with long beaches becoming steeper near the world edge.
