Report a translation problem
As for limiting: Could be another mod interfering, or Neron not having been the story teller from start. For him to work he needs to be set as story teller from the Get-Go.
So if you were to make your Ruin from Tribal to Neholitic with Talon Tribal as starter, and Neron as Second story teller, the tech-lock won't work.
and after digging, i see in the commits where they did that, but reinserting the cut lines doesn't put it back, just throws up this:
XML error: <allowedTechLevels>Animal~Neolithic</allowedTechLevels> doesn't correspond to any field in type StorytellerDefExtension.
so there's something going on somewhere and i'm just not fluent enough to find it.
