Found and traced a bug down to your mod Tsar's Common Library 2.0 ATA2 (latest version)(dedicated MP)

Vehicle armor (from Standardized Vehicle Upgrades) continues to repair car armor parts and are not breaking or vanishing when they fall to 0 health.
Therefore car parts continue to get repairs from the armor and this makes an exploit where there is no need to replace the armor at all.

After a lot of investigating the code it appears to be an issue with Tsar's Common Library 2.0.
I would have reported this bug there but you have comments and discussions disabled for some reason.

Would you look into this and provide a fix please?
