Should be:

1- Naming Convention of CK3 for add on:
I noticed that you edited the original 00_court_positions.txt file to add the positions. It would help if you did not do it this way. When files have this 00_ in front of their names at CK3, they are INCLUSIVE. What does it mean? You can repeat the same structure, adding only the positions you created and name it: 01_court_positions.txt. It will work like a charm, and you're not messing with the original file. (I am working on a mod that I am also adding some positions, and our mods will be super compatibles since I will name my file 02_court_positions.txt. Got it? :)
2- There is a Position Effects file you need to add too.
Look for the " \common\scripted_effects\00_court_position_effect.txt" you need to create your file 01_court_position_effect.txt (remember above? :P), adding your positions effects. So far, now your mod is not doing the accept/revoke/invalidate effects.
Keep up the excellent work my friend. :)
Best.

I've been apprehensive about separating the court positions file because I don't want all of the expanded court positions to just go to the bottom of the scroll in-game. I like having a certain order with certain significant positions put to the front and lesser towards the end. Also having all the royal in the 'ALL' tab in the same order instead of my added royal put at the end.
If there is a way to still manage the order in-game and create a separate file I will - just let me know.

It's talking about the descriptor too which usually happens when something wasn't downloaded or loaded good. Exit out of the game and launcher and un-sub from my mod and then re-sub to let it get a clean download.
