How to... Make it compatible with B42
The Mods works in B42.11.0.
At least in my tests it seems to work correctly.

  1. Subscribe to the Mod and let Steam to download.
  2. Go to the downloaded Mod folder: Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\108600\2735294987\mods\RadioFrequencyManager
  3. Create a folder called: common
  4. Create a folder called: 42
  5. Copy the files: poster.png, mod.info, icon.png to the folder you just created called 42
  6. Move the folder called media into the folder you just created called common

When you load the game, it should appear in the Mods list, just activate it and enjoy.
