Maybe you could make an HK21E and have it do the same thing with large caliber ammunition? Realistically, it'd take a field strip to swap between the belt-fed HK21 and G3-mag-fed HK11 configs, but I think ignoring that would be a forgivable concession to gameplay here.
If multical guns are possible in this game, then it could even take belts and mags of both light and heavy ammo, spanning the four 21/11/23/13 configurations.
With accurate single fire and sustained full auto from a bipod, taking a variety of magazines, it'd be the perfect scavenger gun.
