the vent message is "Look Deep into that mtf note" on the note on the garage door it says "MTF squad" just something i noticed

there are two notes you can read in the office space with the screaming, one of them mentions the screaming directly and isn't that important, but the other mentions the Vigenere cipher, which is just a cipher you can look up a translator for online. the post-it note code (b4EIjJMbLC) could be a key for that cipher, or it could be the phrase. in either circumstance, we would need to find something else to plug into the formula to get the decoded message. the fact that the key is 10 characters long seems to imply that the encrypted phrase is also 10 characters long. also, i tried using b4EIjJMbLC as a youtube link, but it said the video wasn't available anymore, which means the original poster deleted it. that could be totally unrelated to this map, though.

What i found is B_EIjJ_b thats what i found for the sticky notes so far
