Upcoming Features & Changes
Addon Support
In the future, this mod will only be a dependency mod containing all of the assets. Productions chains will then be moved into many small add-on mods containing only one new production chain each. This way, everyone can mix and match the production chains they like without the need for bigger and bigger maps to hold all the production buildings.

Having all of the assets in this base mod instead of bundling it with their respective production chains helps keep all of my mods compatible with each other and allows easy use of base resources across all add-ons.

Don't worry - this mod will not be replaced once the new version is released. It will be preserved as a legacy edition so you won't get any problems with your game because you didn't have the chance to subscribe to the new add-ons yet. I will make the whole process as painless as possible for you!

New Heavy Industry Production Chain
In the following weeks I will add a new heavy industry production chain to the beta branch. This production chain will bring you four new cargo types... :

- Steel sheets
- Hydraulic systems
- Copper coils
- Heavy machinery

... and three new production buildings:

- Steel rolling plant (Steel > Steel sheets)
- Hydraulic systems factory (Plastics, Steel sheets, Oil > Hydraulic systems)
- Heavy machinery factory (Steel sheets, Hydraulic appliances, Copper coils, Lubricants > Heavy machinery)

Here's a sneak peek at two of the new cargo icons: Hydraulic systems and Heavy machinery:

New Fruit Juice and Packaging Carton HUD Icons
You may have noticed that the fruit juice and packaging carton icons don't fit into the game's style too well. They were quick drafts I had to use to get the mod out for you as quickly as possible, but improved icons are on their way. I won't spoil the fun by giving a sneak peek right now, but I can promise you that they will fit much better into the games art style.
