Hi not the mod author but I can maybe answer this. I find just setting up a few desk and just putting who ever I feel like on learning works just fine. For kids make sure they are on anything or rec time to keep up their learning need but once that need is filled they just go to what ever desk is set up to learn the skills. Both kids and adults can use the desk just fine in the same room. Due not if multiple people are learning its best to have multiple desks with the same skill set up if anyone can use it. It's like any other bill, if you don't say who can use it then anyone can with the learning job turned on.
