So I survived already for a month and I never had to use any medicine from this mod. Medicines spawns like crazy in zombies and I have all of them already. Infections/wounds and gameplay in general haven't changed for me. I just still use vanilla painkillers and alcohol to desinfect wounds and that's bascially it when it comes to healing system, like nothing changed.
For what do I need all those new medicines?
