mod's AI

I have no experience whit this mod yet but have to admit I'm very impressed with the scale of the it, but what worries me is how the AI handles the tons of new content. As we know PDX's AI is not the best one, so is there any additional work to mod's AI teach it how to use all the new mechanics?
