I'm stuck at the NB quest "The manipulators" where you are tasked to place dynamite at the S7 base in Laos. But there is no dynamite to craft. When at the spot it says (ID:60211) which would be "Demolition Charge". But when looking to craft, it is the old receipt with parts unavailable. There are plenty of other explosives, but which one is it?
