players dont accept music

i have the dependencies, the only addons i have are https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3394036158 and https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2939590929&searchtext=true+music+addon. when i drag a cassette, vinyl, etc., the box highlights in red and doesnt accept whatever im trying to play

any fixes?
