Psy Storm bugs
1. Psy Storm fails to respect the "Dead Calm" gene, sending even passive pawns into a berserk rage. Please address this.

2. Psy Storm is also missing the toggle to disable the event in the mod options. I had to use Cherry Picker to turn it off instead. Please add this as based on the comment section, this is clearly a controversial event.

Might not be this mod on the berserker rage, I haven't used this mod yet, and have had non-violent pawns go on all sorts of violent rampages.
