I would also really love a way to disable certain perks from weapons. Some of the perks are destroying the Roleplay aspect of these guns.

Edit:

I Found a Workaround for this Issue. If you extract the Addons with gmod Publisher you can just make the following:

Go into Lua, Take the tacrp File out and go to shared. Then edit the atts and atts_bulk file and just errase the attachment data of the attachments you dont like. Put the edited tacrp file into your lua folder on your Dedicated server or in your local files and there you go.

You may have to do this with every weapon pack.
