As the title says, the stellar prisms i had equipped for world/character A crossed over to world/character B. I've never logged onto world A with character B, or vice versa. Attire did not cross characters. My mod list is pretty extensive, so this might be caused by that, but I've got no clue how this could happen without the bug being in TSA. If people think it's relevant, I'll send my mod list in the comments.
