Cloud Physics
I'm a total novice at this, so wanted to set up a discussion on the cloud scooper.

HOW TO USE THE CLOUD SCOOPER:
Hold 'T' on your keyboard and then LMB click and hold. The 'T' key will keep the Cloud on the board instead of floating; hitting 'T' first before left clicking will keep the Cloud from any surprise lifting up off the board.

The official rules state to turn the Cloud and then move it... But for a scooper, I'd suggest reversing that: First move the Cloud as directed by the spinner, then do the rotation.

It's a little fiddly, but... the original game's Cloud was also a bit fiddly!



PHYSICS TROUBLESHOOTING:
Check the physics if things aren't working as expected, check on the physics (select and right click an object or objects, select "Physics" from the menu) for the ships/cloud and set it as follows:

Mass (ships): 0.1
Mass (cloud): 50
Drag (both ships and cloud): 0
Angular Drag (both ships and cloud): 0

You might need to also make sure your physics are set to "Full."
