Stats?
on equip replaces pistol
you can carry dispensers on your back and instantly place them back down with right click
you can carry teleporters with a dispenser as well

you can't build sentrys period

My thoughts:

* uses 2nd weapon slot
* behaves like a lvl 1 dispenser (same health+ammo rates), but only for teammates

+100% larger health/ammo regen radius
+1 health regen per sec on wearer
+1 metal regen per sec on wearer

-regular dispenser cannot be built
-5% movement speed

Something along those those lines, anyway. Would hopefully give the engineer more moblity options, and give engineers and teammates another strat for working together

with a 5-10% movement slowdown since a dispenser is heavy
