Using Mods

I am fairly new to Unturned i have 175 hours but i havent meddled with these things before so i dont know how any of this works xD
can i just subscribe, let it download and then run my game???

Yes you let it download first once you sub to it then when its done downloading run the game go into a singleplayer world to test if it works you can either find the weapons or you can spawn them in by doing /give (id of an item or tool)

So... they spawn naturally on/around vanilla maps?
