Is this an intended feature ?
I have been trying out PR lately and I made a mod that gives all player empires 17000% production boost to all resources it works perfectly in vanilla, but not with PR
It seems like the modifiers don't apply at all the approx. job production on a building is correct with the modifier applied but the actual production is wrong (I make 4 exotic gas instead of 37)

I am using the country_produces_mult modifier for context

It seems this is caused by efficiency, for some reason the man power is being put into jobs that are disabled.
Can you make man power go only into jobs that you want, because I don't want my man power to go into clerks and miners on a tech planet
