Im-a just gonna repost some good suggestions I seen on your nexus page by AlexCS2 :

1) Receive silver of unfulfillment after every sex act, except with the priest.
2) Instead of random urn/gift spawn after priest interaction we will receive 1 "Mark of Derketo" every time. Using this mark we can craft different gifts at the altar (including leash and urn).
3) Some new gifts:
- Passive buffs like temp. exp bust or corruption resist after act, to make it usefull.
- An alternative wheel of pain (wheel of pleasure), where you can place a freshly captured thrall and spend one two or three Marks to quickly "tame" them depending on their rank.
- Some Derketo related furniture ? (Beds, statues, etc.)
- A special leash-like object that spawns a random thrall time to time and if player sleeps with them, grants some reward(coins, resources) and then disappears, only to be replaced by another random thrall some time(random time) later. (Essentially like clients who want to buy sex from player)
- Special objects for more complex poses (group action, SM, etc.)
- Special objects where you can place a thrall in to passively generate money/silver of unfulfillment. (Something like a prostitute placeholders)
- Special ritual objects(like urn but one time use only) which will allow player to perform some sex ritual (maybe with some supernatural creatures) to gain rare materials, powerful and long lasting buffs or even perk/attribute points.

From myself, maybe something like an interactive player lead dance (like private dance for other player/thrall) with a minigame (a VERY good idea you have there) that will reward with money/unfulfillment ? Also from the above reward from sex with non-priests (other players/thralls) in a form of SoU sounds like logical alternative to killing enemies for it and Wheel of Pleasure sounds like an interesting thing you can combine with a minigame as a quick alternative to thrall taming.

I'll try to analize it and say what I think about it. Or interpret it a little differently.
1) nice idea, but fo that I'll add a small chance to receive a sliver of unfulfillment, otherwise it's cheating.
2) also nice idea, maybe I'll do that for the Urn, but not for a Thrall Leash, for now it's only possibility to interacte with artisans and I wan't to force people build an altar of Derketo for it. Urn yes, it's a nice bonus that can be crafted.
3) Gifts:
- I thougth about XP boost but at the end game it will be useless, but for some combat or protective buffs are seems good. Corruption resist also good idea, need to check if it's possible.
- I think it can be made on Derketo's Altar with the condition that you have a Derketo priest which can teach a thrall an... will call it an "art of Derketo" x) so we can make a custom thrall (maybe two types, Derketo's Performer or Derketo's Warrior) with their own abilities and they will lose their previous abilities(professions). That's something to think about.
- yes, also good, but I have to create some custom 3d assets for it x) so it's really cool, but later.
- I have another idea, for some condition your Altar of Derketo can attract pilgrims(random dialogue NPCs), with whom the player can interact. And after interaction they can give you unique or rare item.
- very complex and very specific idea, we will leave it for later.
- sounds good, but I need to think about it, I don't have any ideas yet.
- yeah, supernatural creatures are cool for cult of Derketo, I thought about it too. But also very complex for now. But I'll keep it in mind!

PS: If I say "complex" it does not mean difficult, it will just take a lot of time x)

I'm not experienced in dancing animations, but I think I'll found a solution, very nice idea. I'll add non-sexual interactions to the list. Thanks!
About Wheel of Pleasure... I try to make a lorefrindly mod and I think the Wheel of Pleasure is a bit out of bounds, my opinion of course. In a previous post I suggested an alternative, I think that would be good?

Damn, I have to say your Ideas are sounding even better then the ones I posted above ! Would really love to see them in game ! Especially the ones about the altar and special thralls.

Not sure if this idea was mentioned I would like to be able to make thrall couples engage in scenes. I'm looking to create orgy /harem type rooms. The thrall leash is by far the best for emotes and placement. I'd love to also see more emotes general and sexual to make a full immersive experience

Yes, people asked me to add thrall-thrall scenes, for now I have no idea how to implement it properly, but I'll add to the list. More Animations too. Thanks!

Good Evening to you Sir ! Had another ... weird Idea. Not sure how immersive it is BUT. Maybe we can have some interesting potions in for of gifts, like a potions that will increase/decrease our characters "special areas" sizes, or more expensive potions that will bring up a character customization menu (alternative one time use for Orb of Nergal) and maybe a potion that first will swap PC gender and then open customization menu. I just thought that a cult like this would be Interested in body transformation and gender bending potions/magic for "research purposes", of course ...

Well... Sounds interesting, but I don't think it will be really interesting in the game (but who knows). Also it's a bit complex feature, but some unique potions with interesting effects might be really cool! I'll think about it.

I'll take a look at it myself and see if I can offer some solutions. I'm looking to see if there is a way that Pippi Thespians and you tool for positioning NPC's can work together. Right now Pippi sees your emotes but it can't engage them so I think it's possible to some how merge them.

Really sees animations from other mods? I'd have to take a look at it myself x)

Hello! First, your mod is really nice and your list promises tons of goodies for the future.
For what I would like to suggest to you, I have three proposals:

1) Solo animations (masturbation or suggestive poses) for the player and for thralls.
2) Wearable accessories like boots, skimpy clothes or strap-ons (strap-on are fun!: P)
3) Oral and / or anal (if it's not too much)

1) I'm thinking about it, but it's not a priority yet.
2) for this there are many other mods, I'm still more focused on the mechanics and animations.
3) When I figure out the facial animation, then I'll get to it.

If you have the Urn (or some other option, so its opt-in), Fighters/Archers/Dancers can become horny randomly and Flirt with you when you're nearby. Sleeping with them provides extra buff. Having your thralls beg for attention... meow... Absinthe or special craftable pheromones could induce horny effect.
