These are the empires I use as of uploading the mod. I may update this from time to time.

You may want to go through them as I use the more civics mod to make them more overall interesting.

It's come to my attention that it is flagged as suspicious. Given it's literally a google doc, I'm a bit surprised.

I understand that you may not be willing to download the file due to this; however, this is literally the empire defines document from my own PC.
