Can you teach a pawn more biotic skills?
After upgrading the implant, pawns seem to gain one random ability from given level. But I cannot find a way to teach them more or different ones. Is there a way to do so, other than editing characters directly? I could go for crafting amps, *trying* to edit the character's file or maybe doing something in dev mode, and destroying the amp. But it's not natural.

You can level up Biotic Amps and Omni-Tools up to level 4 by having the pawn use more Amps/Tools, which unlock more powers.
I just tried using Character Editor to remove a guy's Omni-Tool, it dosen't seem to cause any hard issues but it dosen't reset powers. I'm hoping there's a clean and not-overly-complicated way to reset pawn powers, because when one pawn gets Tactical Cloak, Defense Matrix, Hex Shield, and Sabotage, it's kinda not overly useful.
