I 100% agree, carts and trollies are generally very loud on non-uniform or rough surfaces. If they generate no noise, they are kind of over-powered as a means of hauling. It would be more fun (challenging) to have to weigh the consequences of using the cart/trolley versus other options and develop a plan to minimize risk. Of course this should probably exist as an optional setting so everyone can tailor their experience as they like.
