broken item sprite
carts are face up, handle side on the ground when dropped or placed

I think the .71 PZ build changed the way 3d models are displayed and is probably the reason. It is also probably a fairly large change, so we just have to wait and see if the mod makers are able to find the resources to spend to get this working again.
