There's no such thing as a "Polymerisation" in this card game.
I'll quote from the Steam Guide:
You can only play Divine Heroes by placing the cards listed on the card into the graveyard, either from your hand and/or your field. Divine Heroes are not located in an Extra Deck, but belong into your regular Deck like all other cards.
Synchro in this version works like normal tribute summon in normal Yu-Gi-Oh - so if no other effect states otherwise you may summon a level 1-4 hero straight away (this summon is still considered a Synchro summon), a level 5-6 hero by tributing one hero you control and a level 7+ hero by tributing two heroes you control.
I'm aware that in this version there currently exist some flaws in some effect descriptions regarding Synchro summons, there will be a mayor update to that in this year.
