I've noticed that latitude only goes from -90 to +90. It should be -180 to +180

Hi I noticed the sun rises and sets in the wrong ends of the sky. Anyway to edit that?
The sound of the rain hitting the ground and other props is very quiet, is there anyway you can add a volume adjustment for this setting?

You can rotate the sun and moon with sf_sunyaw <number>, this is also in the server settings.

I plan on adding a volume slider and make storms be louder. Currently there are no way to edit the volume.

I really like the mod overall and I think it adds a lot more realism to Gmod and also to my roleplays. The only thing that I think would make the mod a LOT cooler and way more realistic is that maybe, if it is possible, rain could fall onto cars and car windows just like regular windows. Other than that this mod is absolutely outstanding!

Thanks, happy to hear you like the mod :lunar2020ratinablanket:

Sadly, it is mostly impossible to make rain on car-windows, as the majority of the car-creators have not given windows UV coordinates.
SF and SF2 supports texture swapping, so hopefully in the future car-creators can create their own window-textures for rain / snow.

I do plan to make some checks for cars in the furture, so the effects are better when in a vehicle.

What values do I need to enter? is it just a simple 1/0?

Sadly requires the creator of gPhone to update his mod to use the new SF2 functions.

it would be nice if this included the lights and clocks from the original stormfox

could we be able to disable water overlays?
I can disable ice, but not water textures

The dawn/dusk transitions bother me. The orange part of the transition is way too abrupt. This is a problem for lower time speeds since I use a time speed of 1 and its weird how the sky suddenly turns much brighter and orange within a minute (at dawn, same applies to dusk but in reverse obviously). I think the blue sky transition (before the bright orange) should be brighter too.
If possible, you should just make the whole sky blue throughout the dawn/dusk transition and add an orange band (like the dusk setting in the sky editor entity) instead of making the whole sky orange at a certain point. Assuming sunrise and sunset times are set to 6:00, it might be good to start the dawn (blue sky) transition at around somewhere between 4:30 AM and 5:00 AM, with the sky being full brightness at somewhere around 6:30 AM, and make sure that stars won't be visible if the sky is bright enough (maybe around 6:00 AM or earlier), and you could just do whatever times look best/realistic for any of these transition marks. The orange band would kinda be there almost the whole time, just gradually getting brighter along with the blue sky (but quicker).
Also, make sure that the street lights turn on/off at a reasonable time. Currently they turn off/on way too early/late (map is still really dark when they turn off).
The wind sound spam bug also still exists, but only at wind speeds under 4 m/s. It's barely audible at 144 FPS but much louder at lower FPS.

Hm. The most recent update appears to have made the console command "stormfox2_controller" an invalid command. Could you please fix this in the next update? Thank you!

Still a really good mod though!

I like how the wind is able to break welds from props, I just wish this was more variable to the player. As in, the player was able to have a weld that didn't get affected by the mod, so some things can remain welded together while others couldn't. I guess that the StormFox2 Tool could be given that functionality, I just don't know how hard it would be. Great mod honestly!:cleandino:
