it should be able to inflict bleed at the cost of possible "Breaking" mechanic where after it hits enough people it should have a damaged state with all the blades missing similar to the caber's exploded state, dealing A LOT less damage until replenished by ether recharge or replenish via ammo packs & spawn cabinets.
Yes,but you can hit things multiple times before it breaks,also maybe extended length like the Eyelander but that might be a bit much.
on hit:enemy bleeds for 10 seconds each seconds deals 2
crits marks enemy for death(can mark infinite enemies-the mark stays on the enemy until they are dead or they touch a respawn locker)

-30% less damage (it would still do the same damage as any melee its just not instant damage)
+50% slower attack interval
-50% less crit damage (so it would deal almost 100 damage then they are marked for death so the bleed deals 40 instead of 20 because they are marked)
