Um... this is a weird one...
When I want to launch skyrim it says "Failed to get details for "Natalia Poklonskaya's Empire of Crimea"! Steam error 16. I haven't subbed to your mod because I stopped playing civ V (got bored) but do you have any idea how it could be possibly affecting my skyrim game?

That is most likely a problem of the Steam Workshop Databse. It's been buggy for a few days now, I hope they'll sort it out soon.

i cant choose her in my list of civs. the mod does show up when i start the games

Did you click the 'Mods' option in the main menu? There you have to enable the mod and then click Next (not back to the main menu).

So how far exactly do you get? It shows that the mod is activated, then you start a new singleplayer game but Natalia doesn't show up in the leaders list? Probably try to go to 'advanced' settings and pick her from the dropdown menu there.

Are you using other mods? Try to only use this mod to test it if so. In any case, maybe clearing the mod cache helps (Goolge helps, I don't know the exact file parth right now^^)

Character animation does not work. Tam where each character has a body just a gray screen.

The picture will only be shown if you have the graphic settings for diplo screens on low :)
