I request Mapper to set

mp_roundtime_hostage 3.0

on the map.

The CT team has to do all the work, you may have to set
"Money CT" extra 500/round also. Check if this is possible.

I also want Mapper to contemplate an extra Hostage resque zone,
like on train station. So T side cannot camp hostage zone so easilly.

first being "mp_roundtime_hostage"
second "mp_roundtime_defuse"
