Revolutions - Ethics and Civics (3.2)

Changes compared to Ethics and Civics Classic 2.8
Regarding all the questions about what was actually changed. This is a shortlist.

  • Cleaned up code
  • Translation errors fixes, added missing descripionts
  • Fixed bugs related to Necroids. This means Necroids are actually working with this mod now. This version supports and works with all existing DLC features.
  • Government translation changes to make them more aligned according to the Stellaris Geopolitics. Also fixes to Government selections.
  • Add some compatibility with mods that override or add techs (cleaning up techs in the mod)
  • Fixed all prescripted countries so that they show up with compatible ethics and civics
  • Will always work with latest patch, and will be kept up to date. (2-3 days after big patches)
Civic changes
  • Megacorp civics are now back like they are with vanilla
  • Gestalt civics are now back like they are with vanilla
  • Papacy civic removed (made no sense to exist)
  • Can no longer pick non-megacorp civics for Megacorp
  • Can't be Slaver when Fanatic Libertarian
  • Add back Civics from vanilla that where removed
  • Some vanilla civics were reverted back to their vanilla values or intents
  • Did some small balance changes on some civics (don't have the details). But some values are different
  • A lot of new civics (10+), new jobs
  • Rebalanced ethics

Policies
  • Some values changed

AI Personalities
  • Federation acceptance back to Vanilla 2.8.1 values
  • Fixed AI Personality for Libertarian and Pluralism combination (aka fixed Despicable Neutral
    personality with these combinations)
  • Tweaked all the vanilla Personalities so that AI will pick the ones that make more sense with their Ethics and Civics combination (Still a work in progress)
  • New Personalities: Collective Traders, Elitist Snobs, Preservationists

This looks like an improved and corrected fork of petruxa's mod. Plan on using/testing this in the next new game I start. Thank you for the hard work MadJames

Vanilla civics are back, but i cant seem to find Empath on the hive mind. Why is that? Is that intentional or a bug?
