Слушай я не так соображаю в программирований, может просто нету в папках самой иконки?

Nothing seems wrong with your Trait.lua file, but the trait icon texture itself is missing inside the textures folder.

Actually, scratch that. You're missing the ui/Traits folder that contained those icons. I copied the ui folder from LockpickingOnly mod and pasted it into your mod, and it fixed the issue.

you can currently re-lock doors and spam (lock door) + (lockpick -> crowbar) even with max exertion to power level the skill, maybe make it so you can't use lockpick->crowbar if you are very exerted or maybe it's a bug to be able to lock a door with a broken lock.

I think I found another bug, if you never move the bobbypin during the lockpicking minigame and just press W the lock turns every time.

A majority of the locks I attempt to pick cannot be done so. The "sweet spot" to pick it doesn't ever register no matter how slight of adjustments I make. Including the minimum distance my mouse can move at its lowest dpi setting.

You can spam "Force Lock" very fast to unlock after you break the lock and to gain xp very fast. Best way to fix it is to lock the ui after pressing the button.
