With all the knowledge I have about modding this game, it's sadly not possible. There are ways to get into the packed files of the game but even then you couldn't make any changes to those be reflected on the workshop to my knowledge.

I've already asked Cliff over a year ago to unlock more modding features and allow modders to change more but nope, even though I remember he said he would he didn't do it. Maybe he will at some point.


But I'm sure you can make your idea work somehow.
