I didn't specifically change anything that would have that effect and not that I have any control over popularity at all, it could have something to do with one of the modded simulations though.
I'll keep an eye out over the next few updates, but again, it seems like a weird bug.
Do I have to subscribe again for the update? I don't notice anything in my game has changed since you announced the update.
(P.S. I agree with the complaints that surveys used to give me 5%, but now they're giving me 90%).
Also the icon for Land Value Tax says LAT instead of LVT.
Prisoner Tagging as a policy should reduce prison overcrowding because having more prisoners under house arrest can obviously reduce the strain on the prison system.
This is a problem with vanilla Democracy and basically every mod ever is just that the Drug enforcement agency is a very weak policy which does nearly nothing.
I also am working on a major rework of all nations in update 0.83, and I'm currently working on adding policies unique to each country.
