Strength/Agility Bonuses

Do you have any plans to implement the STR and AGI bonuses to your weapons and tools?

In 'unmodded' games it probably isn't a major issue, the raw stats are high enough to justify their use, but in modified, lacking those STR or AGI classifications weakens them dramatically as those stats increase.
