So whats the plan with Germania and the like since it doesnt seem changed much if not at all from vanilla?

don't know yet, i'm probably going to create a few bigger countries in the south like Allemania and unite the hansa, beyond that i dont know.

there isn't a whole lot of lore for sapmi, the swedish government just wasnt able to excert influence that far north, but for Karelia: a rebellion against the novgorodian leadership in Karelia was exploited and used as justification for war by the swedes, leading to their annexation of the region. also suomenskuo and romuva exist because christianity took longer to spread.
