I would like to start with saying that I'm grateful for everything you guys do.

I wanted to ask if you've ever considered modifying the education level of the people in newly built buildings to be of portioned between uneducated, educated, etc. instead only uneducated? The issue I'm facing is really pronounced at the 8k population mark where high dense residential areas can't keep up with the demand for educated workers for high dense commercial areas and offices.

I can see how this might be regarded as a modification outside the scope of the current mod but still, I wanted to bring it up.
